Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools to ensure precise assembly prevent defects and minimize risk of injury
• Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
• Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.
• Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.
• High personal standards with regards to productivity quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 years of experience in manufacturing assembly
• 1 years of experience reading blueprints standard work instructions bills of material and precision measuring instruments

Preferred Qualifications

• Good communication skills relative to supervisor and other related departments
• Exceptional customer service skills and a great teamwork
• Solid mechanical background
• Exceptional customer service skills and a great teamwork
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Pay Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $30.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range include but are not limited to skills education experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
