VIVO Infusion is seeking a hands-on technically strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist to join our IT this role you will directly contribute to the architecture design deployment security and ongoing support and maintenance of our enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including SharePoint Online Teams PowerBI Power Platform Entra ID Purview and related services). This position will support our organizations Microsoft 365 investment helping unlock the value of emerging tools-particularly Entra ID Purview Teams SharePoint and Power Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about productivity security and staying at the forefront of Microsofts rapidly evolving modern workplace ecosystem.
As a trusted architect and technical subject matter expert you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of M365 adoption across the enterprise. You will ensure that all solutions are secure scalable user-friendly and optimized for collaboration and productivity. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise solution architecture experience and the ability to drive execution.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $85000.00 - 87000.00/Year
- Bonus Plan Target: 5% Annually (Based on performance)

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global architecture and roadmap for Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on SharePoint Online Teams Entra ID Purview and Power Platform.
- Design solutions that align with enterprise standards for scalability security and performance.
- Deploy configure and manage SharePoint environments including site creation list management managing Team Channels and permission structures especially as Teams increasingly relies on underlying SharePoint components.
- Oversee tenant-level administration service applications and hybrid configurations
- Design and implement productivity solutions using Power Automate Power Apps SharePoint Online and Teams to streamline business workflows.
- Manage advanced features such as Content Types Term Store Information Management Policies eDiscovery and retention policies.
- Monitor and optimize performance storage quotas and service health across global SharePoint sites.
- Implement and enforce governance models including naming conventions site lifecycle management and role-based access controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT Security and Compliance to align solutions with governance scalability and security policies.
- Experience with the Azure portal and User Administration skills are a must. Experience must include user identities and authentication such as Azure Active Directory (AAD) Conditional Access Policies Identity & Access Management (IAM) and MFA.
- Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API. Must have hands-on experience with the Power Platform: Power BI Power Apps and Power Automate
- Continuously monitor and refine the M365 ecosystem for resiliency governance and user satisfaction
- Create and maintain training guides quick start toolkits and internal documentation to ensure consistent and scalable knowledge across the organization.
- Stay current with Microsofts roadmap and product updates particularly those involving SharePoint Power Automate and Teams extensibility and make recommendations for possible enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Microsoft 365 solution architecture Purview Power Platform Entra ID Teams and SharePoint administration.
- Strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online architecture deployment and administration.
- Site provisioning templates and content types.
- User profiles and permissions at scale.
- Retention compliance and data protection policies.
- Security governance and audit configurations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams Purview Entra ID and the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
- Strong understanding of identity management compliance and governance in M365.
- Excellent communication and the ability to mentor technical teams. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Well-versed knowledge of product features limitations and industry best practices to support a scalable model.
- Ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and assessing new technologies for organizational benefits.
