The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President. This role requires discretion responsiveness excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. KeyDuties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executives calendar coordinating internal and external meetings.
Organize logistics for leadership meetings including agenda preparation meeting notes and follow-ups.
Maintain executive correspondence opening sorting filing and distributing mail and email appropriately.
Prepare reports presentations and documentation asrequested.
Process and track expense reports and liaise with accounting on behalf of the executive.
Handle confidential materials and information with professionalism and discretion.
Assistin planning and executing internal eventstraining and celebrations.
Support special initiatives andprojects asassigned with a focus on improving efficiency and communication.
Assist the executive in the completion of reports correspondence documentation and expense and provide statistical data as needed by the Executive.
Take on special projects as needed.
Salary Range: $50000 - $65000
Education and Experience
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in business project management or related subject area
Work Experience: 3 or more years of experience in A/E contracting design and construction.
