Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and family-oriented team. This role is integral to the mission of providing exceptional service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance thrive in a high-volume environment and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers a mix of sales and service responsibilities with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $50000 - $60000 annually bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts handling both sales and service needs (60% service 40% sales).
• Respond to client inquiries via calls emails and texts addressing service needs new business opportunities and cross-sell opportunities.
• Quote and process new and renewal business.
• Work with carriers such as Hanover Citizens Auto-Owners Fremont AAA Safeco Liberty Mutual Progressive and Nationwide.
• Utilize agency management software (Eclipse Online) and rating tools (ACS).
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Must have prior experience in an independent insurance agency. Candidates with high-volume experience at State Farm or similar agencies are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eclipse Online and ACS rater is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle high-volume workloads strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a client-focused mindset.
