Schedule & Shift
- Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to provide quality patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit. The role involves supporting adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment while collaborating with the nursing team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Assist with daily patient care and treatments
- Document patient information using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
- Float to other units as needed based on census
Unit Details
- Unit Size: 37 beds
- Patient Ratio: 5:1
- Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric
- Cases: Pulmonary Cardiac GI
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Experience with Meditech EMR (Preferred)
