We are currently recruiting for part-time positions for Licensed Practical Nurses for our Skilled Nursing and Supportive Living Neighborhoods.

Job duties are as follows:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care to residents.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital medicine practices is a plus.
