Doya Natsu Healing Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally responsive behavioral health services to youth adults and families. What Youll Do
- Provide family-centered behavioral health services including:
- Assessments and treatment planning
- Individual group and family therapy
- Family treatment curriculum facilitation
- Follow-up and recovery support services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
- Develop and manage family programming for youth and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic health system
- Deliver strength-based culturally grounded care incorporating traditional Native healing approaches
What Were Looking For
- Licensed in Wyoming (or equivalent) as:
- LCSW LPC LMFT LAT/LPC or Psychologist
- Experience in family therapy and working with co-occurring disorders
- Knowledge of DSM-5 ICD-10 and ASAM criteria
- Strong group facilitation and communication skills
- Understanding of Native American cultural values and healing practices (Red Road)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- No felony or DUI convictions within the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 90 days)
- Commitment to a recovery-oriented lifestyle

- Applicants must submit a copy of Tribal Enrollment card or CIB for Indian Preference.
- Veterans who meet the minimum qualifications and provide documentation of an honorable discharge (DD214) from any branch of military service are entitled to receive preference points during the interview process.
Any offer of employment is contingent upon a negative drug test reference checks and background check. Refusal to undergo required testing or testing positive will render the applicant ineligible for employment.
