Job Summary
The Government Contracts Customer Support role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of proposal development pricing contract negotiation and order administration. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers ensuring clear communication and consistent coordination across all customer service activities. The position supports contract acquisition execution and fulfillment in alignment with company policies legal requirements and customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation development negotiation and interpretation of contractual documents.
- Compile and analyze data conduct customer status meetings attend departmental and site meetings and maintain historical account records including contract history.
- Support bid and proposal development to ensure alignment with customer requests for quote.
- Prepare quotations process orders manage order administration complete order invoicing assist with cash collection on aged debt and maintain price lists.
- Monitor customer performance requirements and delivery schedules to ensure site metrics are achieved.
- Maintain frequent contact with customers management and government representatives.
- Support the companys commitment to a safe workplace and environmental protection.
- Comply fully with all company policies.
- Travel as required (approximately 5%)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or 2 years equivalent related experience is desired.
- Ambitious selfstarter with strong drive and followthrough.
- Highly motivated and proactive in delivering results with a high level of energy.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- ITAR/EAR experience required.
- FAR/DFAR Government Contracting experience required.

Compensation Data
Annual Salary: $67000.00 - $84000.00
