Job Summary

Location: Erode (Tamil Nadu )
CTC: Upto 10 LPA
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive loan sales manage channel partners and achieve business targets in the assigned location. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation team management and maintaining strong relationships with DSAs and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of loan products (LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans)
- Manage and expand DSA / Channel Partner network
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead train and monitor sales team performance
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance
- Develop local market penetration strategies
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in Loan / Mortgage Sales
- Strong DSA channel management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with leadership abilities
- Good understanding of local market dynamics
