Global X Marketing Team Overview
The Global X Marketing team is a full-scale in-house organization that supports and drives business
objectives through creativity innovation and performance-driven results. Primarily based in New
York the team is structured across multiple verticals including design product marketing sales
channels advertising events digital marketing media and analytics.
We work collaboratively across disciplines and partner closely with Sales Product Research &
Management and Compliance/Legal to create integrated campaigns strong brand narratives and
differentiated positioning that clearly communicate our value proposition to clients.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Visual Designer to support the marketing and product teams of a fast-growing ETF
issuer. The designer is responsible for producing high-quality on-brand marketing and reporting
materials that support the firm’s research sales and thought leadership efforts. This role balances
strong execution with growing ownership working closely with cross-functional partners to translate
complex information into clear visually compelling design.
You will play an important role in supporting campaigns research-driven content and client-facing
materials while continuing to build depth in data visualization and brand execution. This position
reports to the Creative Director and partners closely with Marketing Product Sales and Compliance
to deliver high-quality on-brand and compliant creative solutions.
This role is ideal for a creative professional at the early stage of their career who is keen to build
exposure to financial markets ETFs and investment products while developing strong corporate
design capabilities.
Responsibilities
Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop clear visually compelling data
visualizations that support thought leadership and research-driven content
Design and produce firm-level reporting materials including performance summaries
whitepapers and market outlooks
Ensure clarity accuracy and brand integrity across all deliverables
Support the creation of campaign and marketing assets under the direction of Senior and
Lead Designers
Support design needs for ETF launches campaigns and investor education initiatives
Execute within established brand guidelines while incorporating feedback efficiently
Requirements
Must Have:
2–4 years of professional design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design or similar
Strong foundation in design fundamentals and layout
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with non-creative stakeholders
Nice to Haves:
Experience or interest in data visualization and information design
Figma experience is a plus
Animation production/workflows experience is a plus
Familiarity with financial charts or Bloomberg-style visuals
Experience with factsheet or annual report design
