Contract: 12 months Hybrid (3 days onsite Central London) Inside IR35
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join a global media organisation on a 12-month contract.
This role sits within a fast-paced international Ad Sales environment supporting the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across global markets.

The Role:
Youll support the Sales team by:
Managing and booking advertising campaigns into internal systems
Monitoring airtime and campaign delivery to ensure everything runs as planned
Identifying and resolving any missed or incorrect airings
Supporting revenue tracking and ensuring accuracy across campaigns
Producing regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders
Liaising with global teams (including scheduling teams) to coordinate campaign delivery
Responding to queries and providing operational support to the Sales team
Managing changing priorities in a live environment including reacting to breaking news
What Were Looking For:
12 years experience in a sales operations media or similar coordination role
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
High level of attention to detail and organisation
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in an admin-heavy process-driven role
Proactive curious and confident working both independently and as part of a team
