As our Senior Manager Communications & Social youre the voice behind how Docebo shows up in the market the media and the world. Youll own the relationships the channels and the stories that build Docebos reputation and extend our reach beyond what paid and owned content can do alone.
This is a broad scope role spanning PR executive voice and social. This role is built for someone who thinks in systems as much as stories. You wont just use AI to move faster. Youll design workflows around it: for social planning and scheduling executive content production media monitoring and more. Youll work closely with the content team our agency partners and Docebos wider Marketing team to make sure our external presence is consistent credible and impossible to ignore.

Master the Social Sphere: Architect a high-octane social media strategy across all channels defining a consistent personality-driven brand presence that turns followers into fans.
Direct the Narrative: Manage and lead our PR agency partners with precision setting bold agendas and ensuring every media engagement cements our leadership as the definitive authority on AI.

Engineer AI Workflows: Design and deploy cutting-edge AI systems for social planning and content production scaling our output while keeping our quality and voice elite.
