Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to develop their career by providing comprehensive support to our executive staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating meetings handling communications and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the executives calendar including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations as needed.
• Arrange travel itineraries accommodations and transportation.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
