Job Overview

The Global IT organization is a strategic enabler ofSharkNinjasaggressive growth innovation velocity and global expansion. As we scale we require disciplined orchestration executive alignment and operational rigor at the highest level.

The Chief of Staff to the CIOserves as a true extension of the executive operatingas a force multiplier for the CIO. This leader ensures alignment prioritization and execution across the IT leadership team and enterprise stakeholders.

This role blends strategic thinking operational execution executive communication and organizational effectiveness. Acting as the connective tissue across global IT the Chief of Staff ensures that strategic priorities translate into action that decisions are data-driven and that the IT function operates with clarity and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor and operational extension of the CIO amplifying executive effectiveness and focus.

• Translate IT strategy into actionable priorities roadmaps operating rhythms and measurable KPIs.

• Drive executive cadence: leadership meetings QBRs board materials transformation reviews and global communications.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment across IT sub-functions (Applications Infrastructure Data Cybersecurity PMO Enterprise Architecture).

• Identifyorganizational friction misalignment and bottlenecks proactively designing solutions to accelerate performance.

• Partner with Finance and FP&A to align investment strategies with portfolio priorities and long-termobjectives.

• Lead special strategic initiatives and breakthrough projects on behalf of the CIO.

• Oversee organizational health metrics including talent planning succession planning workforce planning and capability development.

• Elevate executive storytelling ensuringITsvalue creation is clearly articulated across the enterprise.

• Act asintegratorand dot connector across global technology teams reinforcing thatDetails Make the Difference.

• Drive a culture of accountability speed and disciplined execution ensuring that the organization isRarely Satisfied.

Skills Required

• 1215 years of experience in technology strategy transformation leadership consulting or executive operations roles.

• Proven experienceoperatingat the executive level within global matrixed organizations.

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (ERP cloud data platforms digital commerce cybersecurity).

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills (Board-level exposure preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable impact.

• High emotional intelligence and ability toinfluence acrossdiverse stakeholders.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Bachelors degreerequired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
