Call Center Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Must have great phone skills and great customer service experience.
• Works directly with patients on the phone to schedule appointments and answer any questions.
• Must be dependable motivated ethical and innovative and open minded.
• Organizational skills are a must!
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to all aspects of your role and the company.
• At minimum must be familiar with Microsoft Word Excel the more computer skills the better.
• Must be punctual and have excellent time-management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership for all assignments.

Average Salary Range: $28000-$42000; commensurate on experience.
