As a member of the Mission Platform Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team we want you todevelopsolutionstosecurethe Warfighters technology advantage. Systems Security Engineering creates securitysolutionsleveraging multiple disciplines like Anti-Tamper (AT) Software Assurance Hardware Assurance Cryptography NSA Type 1 Certification and Supply ChainRiskManagement(SCRM) tosupportProgram Protection Implementation on various systems.

What YOU will do:
- Provide Windows and Unix operating system administration
- Work with security architecture
- Supportthe development of RMF documents and controls validation testing for Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditations.
- Maintain the latest version/revision of each Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIGs). This includes downloading the latest STIG template from the DoD Cyber Exchange website and update the current STIG list to the new version.
- Coordinate with other Subject Matter Expert (SME) to complete the STIG templates. Such as the Network Switch Database OS etc.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc scans using the ACAS application.
- You will Supportthe development of cybersecurity requirements design and architecture artifacts plans and policies.

Qualifications you must have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret after start.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearances.
- Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) as described in NIST Special Publication 800-37.
- Experience with creating Systems Engineering requirements specifications and Experience implementing DoD and Federal IA Certification and Accreditation Processes IA controls and developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation.
- Experience with utilizing vulnerability scanning tools to include Tenable Security Center STIG Viewer SCAP Compliance Checker/Tools
- Familiarity with Linux Commands

- Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
- DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-II Compliant Certification (e.g. Security CISSP or equivalent).

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
