Position Summary:
Build a machine or fixture that will process a good part repetitively and that will meet the customers expectations and requirements.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble the tooling to produce a production machine according to the print.
- Support the machine while it starts production by helping maintenance with any questions or concerns.
- Dial in the machine to produce a finished part consistently.
- Trouble shoot any problems that may arise while building the machine.
- Assist with machine while production begins by helping maintenance with any questions/ concerns.
- Research recommend and implement strategic changes on current products processes or equipment to improve process capabilities.
- Lead and cultivate a continuous improvement culture within the engineering and maintenance departments.
- Work independently on projects and make recommendations for component tool design or changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist other sections of department as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications: (knowledge skills and abilities):
- Abilityto read and follow blueprints
- Periodically lift 50 pounds
- Hydraulics pneumatics electrical sensor application and welding experience
- Machining knowledge to modify tooling
- Work in a fast pace environment
- Operate various types of manual machinery in department
Nonessential Skills and Experience (preferred):
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic circuits
- CNC Programming
