Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $32.78 - $33.99. In addition this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to: scope of role level of experience education accomplishments internal equity budget and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing
Receptionist Security
HSS Security is seeking a responsible and detail-orientated individual to assist with a range of duties and responsibilities within our ever-expanding department.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Key Management utilizing SimpleK software to keep track of key access and control requests work orders and any/all services provided by HSS locksmiths.
- Coordinate with locksmiths for repairs and installations.
- Monitor and accurately report any observed discrepancies or possible security breaches related to keys to senior Security leadership immediately.
- Create and issue employee identification badges as needed upon request.
- Organize and maintain relevant departmental documentation
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate security personnel
- Provide information and assistance to staff regarding security access control policies and procedures including but not limited to the formal intake process for key and/or lock requests.
- Additional database entry and maintenance as instructed
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of administrativesupport and/or clerical experience required; healthcare administration experience preferred.
- Minimum Education: High School or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously often under a deadline and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Present and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold security policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a team setting and coordinate with locksmiths as well as senior Security personnel
- Ability to independently resolve issues and handle unexpected challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including: Outlook Word Excel and other office automation tools and systems.
- Ability to adjust to changing situations work assignments and work schedule
