Summary

Experience team-based Family Medicine at CentraCare St. Joe Clinic where collaboration and long-term patient relationships drive exceptional care. As a provider youll care for patients of all agesmanaging acute illnesses chronic conditions and preventive health needs. Youll have access to on-site lab and imaging services allowing you to provide comprehensive care. Schedule

• Full-time 1.0 FTE Onsite CentraCare St. Joseph

• Day shifts MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.

  • Schedule flexibility based on candidate interest

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$109241.60 - $124904 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Current AHA BLS certification

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Family Medicine Walk-In Clinic or Urgent Care

• Interest in team-based primary care and continuity-focused practice
