Salary Range:$27.15 - $28.15 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time Hourly.

Our key programs Home Care ServicesMid-Columbia Meals on Wheels and Healthy Ages provide vital support to seniors helping them maintain independence and dignity in their homes.
We are currently seeking a Direct Care Supervisor to oversee home care service delivery and manage Home Care Providers ensuring high-quality care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Home Care Providers including recruitment onboarding and training.
- Oversee client assignments service scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Ensure successful service delivery address service issues and maintain documentation.
- Assist with on-call duties and provide emergency client services when needed.
- Uphold agency mission policies and service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate leadership in safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent required.
- 2 years of Home Care or customer service experience.
- 1 year of office experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Must meet additional certification requirements (CNA or WA State Home Care Aide training).
