Position Summary:
The Clinical Communications Specialist will provide essential support to the guidelines and mentoring programs. This role encompasses a variety of administrative logistical and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of the programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate activities and projects related to clinical programs ensuring alignment with Foundation goals and timelines.
- Assist in the development distribution and tracking of program-related materials and communications.
- Collaborate with procurement to process reimbursements and honorarium and maintain program budgets ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to financial protocols.
- Organize and maintain programmatic files including tracking key documents and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide logistical support for meetings training sessions and events including scheduling preparation of materials and follow-up.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among program participants staff and external collaborators and interested parties.
- Support the creation and implementation of operational procedures to improve program efficiency.
- Monitor and report on program metrics and deliverables.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Masters Degree Pref
- 1-3 years Relevant work experience (may include internships) Required
- Work experience (may include internships) in a medical field Preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and other data analysis software as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to comprehend medical literature.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Senior Manager Practice Guidelines. No direct reports.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise dust and temperature.
No heavy lifting required.
Some travel may be required.

The hourly range is $34.45 to $43.13.
