Job Summary

Sun Realty is looking for a Personal Coordinator to join our Kill Devil Hills team!


In this role youll be the go-to person for homeowners and guestshelping create smooth memorable vacation experiences while building lasting relationships along the way. From problem-solving to celebrating great stays youll play a key part in delivering the exceptional service Sun Realty is known for.


No two days are alike so if you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy staying busy this could be the perfect fit. Schedules vary and will include weekends and holidaysbecause thats when the beach is buzzing.

What Youll Bring:

  • A passion for helping people and delivering great customer service (12 years preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • The ability to think on your feet and handle challenges with confidence
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office; experience with Breezeway Track or similar software is a plus
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A calm professional approach to resolving conflicts





Requirements



Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing speaking seeing sitting walking standing driving bending and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs. reading comprehension analytical thinking problem solving legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation with valid active driver license proper insurance and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers copiers all office equipment.


Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out fast paced at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic walking in soft sand.

Hours: Full-time year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.


Salary Range: Pay based on experience and proven ability determined by Rental Manager.
