We are seeking an experiencedProgram Manager Business Administration IV to join ourStrategy Finance and Business Operations (SFB) teamwithin Blue Operations.You will be at the intersection of Operations Strategy Finance and Business Operations within Blue Origins largest rapidly growing Operations group. As a systems engineer of businessyou will rely on your technical operational or businessexpertiseto help Blue Origin Operations scale manufacturing to industry-high levels. Become a critical cog in the machine that builds rocket engines rocketsandspacecraft to build the road to Space!

This role will lead large-scale enterprise programs and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and aligning with organizational strategic this role you willpartner with Operations Vice Presidents todevelopand manage initiatives thatdrive operations strategy;streamline business processes;optimizeresource allocation;and enhance overall effectiveness acrossOperations.

This role requiresmulti-disciplinaryexpertisein managing complex cross-functional programs that are impactful measurable and tightly aligned with priorities.You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders across other organizations or departments to drive operational improvements manage budgets and ensure successfulOperationsexecution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understand and help manage the complex interplay between strategy technology manufacturingfinanceand business operations.
  • Understand and help manage the rhythm of business and management operating system of Blue Operations.
  • Lead the development and management of large-scale cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Define programobjectives deliverables risks and success metrics to ensure alignment with operations strategy and company goals.
  • Identifypotential risks to program success including resource gaps timeline delays or budgetary constraints.
  • Identifyand manage complex dependencies within the program as well as across other projects in the organization.
  • Manage the program execution risks timelines and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement byidentifyinginefficiencies in current processes and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Act as key liaison between operational teams andOperations leadershipto ensureoperationsobjectivesare met.
  • Build andmaintainstrong professional relationships with stakeholders ensuring alignment on programobjectivesand priorities.
  • Facilitate regular updates and reviews to communicate progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intellectual curiosity isa must!
  • Bachelors degree inengineeringbusiness management Operationsmanagement or related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or PMP Certification.
  • 4 years of experience inengineeringmanufacturing operationsfinance business operations.
  • Proven experience leading and managing small teams.
  • Proven success managing large-scale enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact on operational efficiency and strategic goals.
  • Proficiencyin project and program management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Smartsheet Jira Confluence).
  • Advanced skills in presentation and visualization tools.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business processes.
  • Skilled at gathering information managing resources and driving results.
  • Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals.
  • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all aspects of program and project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex risks issues or challenges of programs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability toanticipatechallenges and implement solution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in high-rate multi-product manufacturing environments.


Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $145425.00 - $203593.95
