About the role:

As a Print Merchandiser you will be responsible for liaising between customers and suppliers to cost out new potential projects. The goal is to strengthen those relationships and achieve the best value for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Interpreting and giving guidance on customer project outlines.
• Creating detailed print specifications.
• Obtaining and negotiating pricing from our supplier network.
• Receiving and evaluating dummy samples.
• Working with customers to confirm orders and give initial schedules.
• Reviewing pre-production samples.

Candidate requirements:

• Detailed knowledge of Offset Printing (Litho).
• Technical knowledge of paper stocks finishes and book-binding techniques.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Ability to create clear and detailed print specifications.
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a printing factory or a part of print sourcing/merchandising team.
• Hard-working and able to get on in a small dynamic team.
