This fulltime permanent role requires an experienced and reliable leader who can model best practice build strong and trusting relationships with families and stakeholders and advocate for Scope with integrity. Families have chosen Scope as their preferred provider because they trust the high standard of care professionalism and integrity we bring to the service.

About the role:

The Ponds house is a newly established shared group home with three current clients and two open vacancies. The clients are middleaged and present with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities requiring a structured supportive environment with behaviour support in place. One client also requires highintensity physical assistance including regular manual handling.

As a frontline leader you will have:

• Lead and mentor Support Workers with professionalism while promoting personcentred active support.
• Oversee daily SIL operations and stay connected through two billable shifts each week.
• Foster a safe positive and inclusive home environment that supports client choice control and independence.
• Build strong relationships collaborate effectively and demonstrate integrity and managerial courage.
• Use strong operational skills to prioritise plan organise and make timely decisions.
• Support NDIS plan development and encourage client skillbuilding and independence.
• Manage staff performance address issues promptly and resolve conflicts effectively.
