We are an established growing employee-owned corporate housing provider looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us grow revenue convert leads into bookings and maximize every opportunity that comes through the door. This role is perfect for someone who is competitive organized and energized by commission and results.
What Youll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative youll be at the center of our revenue engine:
- Convert inbound portal internal website and phone leads into booked corporate housing stays
- Research and match clients with high-quality furnished housing options that meet their needs budgets and timelines
- Present options via email portals and phone with confidence and urgency
- Overcome objections and close deals
- Upsell add-on services such as housekeeping and additional furnishings to increase commissions
- Manage reservations and sales activity in HubSpot Oscar and Microsoft Outlook
- Work within multiple client portals to upload properties images and offerings
- Track and report monthly sales and commissions
- Assist with collections on commissionable sales when needed

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications Sales or related field preferred
- 25 years of inside sales or B2B/B2C sales experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

- Uncapped commission plan paid monthly
- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm in office
