What You Will Do:

  • Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
  • Build sales skills: Learn relationship development product knowledge inventory management and how to navigate company systems and processes.
  • Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions team meetings and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
  • Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image following safety protocols and supporting a positive team environment.

What You Will Need:

  • Self-starter mindset: Take initiative and show a strong desire to learn and contribute.
  • Customer-first attitude: Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to world-class service.

  • Tech-savvy approach: Be comfortable using a CRM platform computers and Microsoft Office tools.
