Position Overview:
This is a position within F5s Digital organization supporting F5sglobal Marketing Operations Team. As a Manager of Marketing Systems and Platforms you willbe responsible fortechnical ownership of the app ecosystem that enables global demand generation process at F5 with Marketo at the core.
You will support the Marketing Operations teams inmaintainingreliablescalableand secure technical operations across a complex app ecosystem working as the primarytechnicalliaison between your stakeholders and other parts of Digital and teams across the Enterprise.In this unique role on a small nimbleteamyou will wear multiple hatsin these key areas:
Solution Architecture:
Own the technical solution architectureforthemarketing operations app ecosystem integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems and third-party tools and services. ensuring their reliable and secure operations. Proactively manage updates tointegrationsas upstream and downstream systems or security policies change. Work with platform teams to implement andmaintainfieldmappingand integrations.
Advise onscaling strategies security protocols and reliability measures for the evolving technology landscape.
Develop andmaintaina robust and scalabletechnicalstrategyfor integrating Marketo forms withF5s web properties
Identifyopportunities to harmonize marketing taxonomy across the broader analytics ecosystem ensuring consistent implementation across platforms supporting full funnel reporting
Platform Management and Integration:
Act as the single point of contact and technical advisorwithinDigitalto evaluate new applications against enterprise standards defined for app data and cybersecurity. Support the Marketing Operations team in developing a technical roadmap that enables reliable and secure global operations
Partner with the Marketing Operations team in new vendor/toolselection and implementation.
Configure andmaintainSaaS-SaaS platform integrations and API connections with a focus on security scalability and reliability.
Partner with the Marketing Operations team acting as a trusted technical advisor to continuouslyoptimizethe marketing tech stack ensuring seamless functionality and consistency in data synchronization with enterprise systems like Salesforce.
ImplementationPlanning and Delivery
Develop and execute multi-year annual and quarterly implementation plans for tools and application implementation ensuring roadmaps across Digital are prioritized and aligned to meetMarketingOperationsteamsdesired outcomes.
Actively collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize size and deliver initiatives aligned with their businessobjectivesand outcomes.
Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies within ecosystems such as Adobe (Marketo) and Salesforce to act as a trusted technical advisor during platformselectionand implementation.
As needed partner on enablement activities supporting user adoption of new applications and workflow as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Act a strong liaison between the Marketing Operations team and teams with Digital and the Enterprise to ensure seamless delivery of the technical roadmap and proactive management of the tech stack for robust and reliable operations with a security first mind-set.
Partner with Marketing Operations leaders to ensure alignment between Digital and business priorities collaboratively strategizing for long-term success.
Team Leadership:
You may lead a small team of developersresponsible for API integrations security groups and user role management andformsintegration.
You will act as the technical steward of Marketing Ops app ecosystem advocating for prioritization of technical deliverables necessary for reliablerobustand secure operations of these platforms and aligned to roadmaps and business priorities of the Marketing Operations team.
Support and Maintenance:
Maintainintegrationworkflows and troubleshooting documentation for ongoing support.
Act as the point of contact for system-related inquiries ensuringtimelyresolutions and minimizing operational disruptions.

The annual base pay for this position is: $156240.00 - $234360.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
