Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies assisting employees and visitors and supporting security-related procedures for a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity verify identification and/or credentials issue visitor access materials and maintain front desk records and daily logs.
• Answer phones greet guests direct arrivals to the appropriate department and communicate security-related concerns unusual activity and/or service needs to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and support emergency response activities in accordance with post orders and location procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points monitoring front desk systems and reporting policy violations hazards and/or suspicious behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• One or more years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
