Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team inWhitmore Lake MI. As a Personal Support Worker you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This role requires a caring attitude reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality personal care services.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide mobility assistance and help clients with exercises as directed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Whitmore Lake MI.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.
