Full Stack Developer Senior Web Application Development

As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will design and develop high-quality web applications enhance enterprise product features and contribute across the full SDLC. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams mentor junior developers and serve as a technical leader on key projects. The Senior Full Stack Developer will:

• Design develop debug and test web-enabled interfaces for DSS products.

• Enhance existing product features build new modules and contribute to new product development.

• Participate in project planning product maintenance system enhancements and rapid issue resolution.

• Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices.

• Serve as the primary development point of contact for one or more projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Adhere to established development and documentation standards.

• Provide timely technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation version notes and user guides.

• Communicate effectively across engineering QA DevOps and product teams.

• Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business and client needs.

Required Skills:

• Must have proficient experience in professional software development

• Hands-on experience developing web applications

• Strong proficiency with:

  • SQL Server

• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing or developing EHR or healthcare software

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and remove barriers to progress

Education:

• Required: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Preferred: Masters degree in a related field

Certifications: (Preferred)

• MCSD or equivalent advanced certifications in Web or Mobile Application Development

• Other relevant software engineering certifications

Years of experience in a similar role:

• 6 years of professional software development experience

• 3 years of hands-on experience developing web applications

Compensation:

Salary at DSS Inc is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80000.00 to $130000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DSS Inc. total compensation package for employees.
