Description / Position Overview
This role owns the full data lifecycle from raw data sources through structured datasets to actionable insights that drive business decisions.
The Data Analyst is responsible for building reliable data foundations defining meaningful metrics and delivering insights that improve performance across the organization. This role exists to ensure the business operates with clear accurate and decision-ready data in a fast-moving environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership follow-through and the ability to move work forward across teams without waiting for direction.
Responsibilities
Data Ownership & Analysis
Analyze data to identify trends performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
Deliver clear actionable insights that support business decision-making
Define and maintain key metrics that align with operational and business goals
Data Quality & Reliability
Ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets and reporting systems
Identify data issues early troubleshoot root causes and implement fixes
Prevent recurring issues through structured data validation and monitoring
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business and operational teams to understand data needs
Translate ambiguous requests into structured dashboards and reports
Proactively follow up across teams to ensure data projects move forward
Reporting & Systems
Build and maintain dashboards reports and analytical tools
Support development of scalable data structures and reporting frameworks
Ensure data is accessible usable and aligned with business workflows
Execution & Problem Solving
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across all workstreams
Take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion

Strong cross-functional alignment on data and insights
Requirements
Experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related role
Strong SQL skills with understanding of data structures and data flow
Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Must-Have Capabilities
Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive work independently
Ability to turn unclear business questions into structured data outputs
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong follow-through and execution across multiple stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with data warehousing concepts or modern data stacks
Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)
Exposure to operations logistics or manufacturing environments
