• Salary Range for Process Engineer ranges from $75 -85k yearly plus profit sharing

At our Rockingham Plant you can develop your full potential sustainablyby applying your expertise within our Tissue division of our team as a Process Engineer:

• Lead and support process engineering initiatives focused on efficiency reliability and cost optimization.
• Drive costsetting and improvement projects including analysis of raw materials chemicals and process inputs.
• Manage the chemical program including chemical inventory usage optimization vendor coordination and compliance.
• Review analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance performance quality and yield.
• Support automation and process control improvements to reduce variability and improve production outcomes.
• Apply structured problemsolving and data analysis to identify root causes and sustain longterm improvements.

You too will put forward your strengths:

• Bachelors degree required in:
• Paper Science
• Chemical Engineering
• Process Engineering
• Or a related technical discipline
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Paper Mill experience Desired.
• Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
