- Salary Range for Process Engineer ranges from $75 -85k yearly plus profit sharing
At our Rockingham Plant you can develop your full potential sustainablyby applying your expertise within our Tissue division of our team as a Process Engineer:
- Lead and support process engineering initiatives focused on efficiency reliability and cost optimization.
- Drive costsetting and improvement projects including analysis of raw materials chemicals and process inputs.
- Manage the chemical program including chemical inventory usage optimization vendor coordination and compliance.
- Review analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance performance quality and yield.
- Support automation and process control improvements to reduce variability and improve production outcomes.
- Apply structured problemsolving and data analysis to identify root causes and sustain longterm improvements.

You too will put forward your strengths:
- Bachelors degree required in:
- Paper Science
- Chemical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Or a related technical discipline
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
- Paper Mill experience Desired.
- Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
