We at The Learning Experience Clermont Golden Eagle is seeking a versatile and dependable Curriculum and Operations Specialist to support all aspects of our centers daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and can confidently step into multiple areas including curriculum support classroom coverage across all age groups family engagement administrative assistance and marketing support.
This is a hands-on position for someone who leads by example stays organized and is comfortable shifting between teaching operations and support duties throughout the day. The ideal candidate must be able to support the center in all areas as needed and be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the center.
What Youll Do
- Support curriculum and classroom quality across all age groups (infantpreschool)
- Step into classrooms as needed for coverage and support
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families
- Assist with enrollment parent communication and daily operations
- Support marketing efforts (events outreach social media reviews)
- Help with administrative tasks scheduling and compliance
- Assist with meal prep and maintain a clean organized center
- 1 year of childcare experience required
- Comfortable working with all age groups
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Must be able to support the center in all areas
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Team player with a positive proactive attitude
