Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a well-established privately-owned agency. As a Commercial Lines CSR you will play a vital role in providing back-end support to the Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers. This is not a client-facing role but rather an internal support position focused on endorsements certificates renewals and carrier communications.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 annually (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
• Work Environment: Fully remote position with equipment provided

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements certificates and invoices
• Prepare for renewals by gathering policy information loss runs and MVRs from carriers
• Update policy information and maintain the agency management system (AMS 360)
• Provide administrative and back-end support to the Commercial Lines Account Management team
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Follow up with carriers and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; prior experience with certificates is a strong plus
• Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management systems
