The Technology Acceleration area within Group IT is responsible for establishing the future IT landscape. This will be the foundation for PostNord s continued AI and data driven journey. As an AI Engineer your focus will be to answer business challenges using AI in the AI team you will work in an experimental fashion with new AI technologies. You will develop POCs and MVPs into enterprise solutions. Our vision is to drastically increase development speed by creating AI Agent Factories to augment the AI Engineers in their work.
Job duties
- Understand the business requirements and develop AI services accordingly.
- Develop AI services and collaborate closely with our data platform- and domain teams.
- Help design reusable patterns for AI-assisted software development.
- Explain AI systems to project managers and stakeholders.
- Keep up to date on the latest AI technologies.
- Train team members and business stakeholders on the implementation of AI solutions.
- Locate and analyze the relevant data to enable the creation of new AI services.
- Work with the rest of the team to improve communication collaboration and deliveries with other teams and stakeholders.
- Document and explain the solutions you produce.
