About the Role:

As a Reception Porter at Cairn Group youll play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Youll be the first point of contact on arrivalgreeting guests assisting with luggage and guiding them through the hotel while supporting the front office team to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

From managing guest requests and delivering items to rooms to maintaining the presentation of public areas and supporting reception during busy periods youll help ensure a high standard of service across the hotel.

Youll also assist with guest queries provide local knowledge and support the wider team with operational tasksensuring every guest feels welcomed supported and valued throughout their stay.

Whether working independently or alongside the front office team youll bring energy professionalism and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent service.
