About the role
As Prevention Delivery Manager youll play a pivotal role in designing implementing and delivering the Councils Early Intervention & Prevention (EI&P) priorities.
Working through matrix management youll lead complex service redesign and improvement programmes collaborating across teams departments and external partners to deliver sustainable resident-focused services.
Youll work closely with senior leaders to:
- Lead and deliver service improvement and transformation initiatives
- Embed early intervention and prevention approaches across operational services
- Drive cultural change towards proactive outcomes-focused delivery
- Use data and insight to inform decisions and track benefits realisation
- Support the development of integrated locality-based delivery models
- Co-design inclusive and accessible services with communities and partners
- Contribute to both digital and face-to-face service innovation
- Identify and secure external funding to strengthen and grow services

About you:
Youll be a confident and credible leader who thrives in complex environments and brings people with you through change. Youll have:
- Degree-level (or equivalent) education
- A strong understanding of the statutory regulatory and political context of local government
- Proven experience leading significant transformation and change programmes
- A successful track record of designing and managing outcomefocused performance frameworks
