Crop Insurance Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Crop Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing crop insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in select states.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $75000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of crop insurance accounts ranging in size from $1000 to $300000.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager preferably in crop insurance.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Location: Must reside in one of the following states: AZ CA CO FL IA ID KS MI MS MO ND NE NV OK OR SD TX UT WA WY.
