Position Overview

Youll sit at the center of both brand visibility and operational flowsupporting high-stakes proposal submissions while keeping internal coordination tight and efficient. Youll work directly with leadership on pursuits that shape infrastructure across major Texas markets while building the kind of experience that can take you from coordinator to marketing or business development leader. Core Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of RFQs RFPs and SOQs from kickoff through submission including formatting content assembly and deadline management
• Execute digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn email campaigns and website updates to maintain a consistent and professional brand presence
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as project sheets resumes and qualification packages for technical staff
• Support business development efforts by identifying municipal bid opportunities and maintaining CRM tracking for pursuits and client engagement
• Manage day-to-day office operations including meeting coordination document control and communication across technical teams
• Assist in planning and executing client engagement initiatives including events and outreach strategies
• Maintain internal organization systems and support onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth high-functioning office environment
• Act as a central connector between marketing leadership and technical teams to keep initiatives moving forward

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 25 years in marketing coordination business development support or senior administrative roles (AEC experience strongly preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms
• Proposal Experience: Exposure to professional services proposals RFQs RFPs or government bid processes
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail formatting and organization
• Work Setting: Ability to work full-time on-site in Houston TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for proposal and marketing collateral development
• Familiarity with civil engineering surveying or construction observation terminology
• Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads pursuits and client interactions
• Interest in growing into a Marketing Manager or Business Development leadership role
