Youll step into a hospital-based CVICU role focused on close monitoring frequent assessments and managing complex cardiovascular patients. This is a 12-bed unit with 1:1 and 1:2 ratios allowing you to deliver focused high-level care with real clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $33.77 to $49.06 per hour based on experience
Shift differential: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 for weekends
$20000 sign-on bonus for nights
