WHAT YOULL DO:

• Pull parts from stock.

• Deliver parts to technicians in the shop.

• Work well with others in a fast paced environment

• Ensure that all communications via phone text email or in-person are professional and courteous

• Ensure that parts are ready and to the tech when vehicle is pulled into shop

• Maintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturers

• Attend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teams

• Become proficient at verifying parts on pick tickets

• Acknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arises

• Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned

• Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace

• Provide top-notch and exceptional guest experiences

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• High school diploma GED or vocational training or job-related course work preferred

• Strong organizational skills and patience

• Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the parts and service team

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting

• Active listening skills
