WHAT YOULL DO:
Pull parts from stock.
Deliver parts to technicians in the shop.
Work well with others in a fast paced environment
Ensure that all communications via phone text email or in-person are professional and courteous
Ensure that parts are ready and to the tech when vehicle is pulled into shop
Maintain minimum training standards set forth by manufacturers
Attend ongoing improvement meetings held by management teams
Become proficient at verifying parts on pick tickets
Acknowledge all dealership guests on the premises when opportunity arises
Perform any and all other related duties as required and assigned
Maintain a professional image and appearance in the workplace
Provide top-notch and exceptional guest experiences
WHAT YOULL NEED:
High school diploma GED or vocational training or job-related course work preferred
Strong organizational skills and patience
Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the parts and service team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting
Active listening skills
