Job Summary

Job Title : Senior Business Analyst

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead business analysis for Compliance / Surveillance IT initiatives (BAU & strategic).
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
Perform data analysis and gap analysis on existing systems.
Translate technical requirements into business solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
Prepare key artefacts: BRD FSD test cases and UAT support.
Support end-to-end SDLC delivery (Agile/Waterfall).
Work on trade surveillance systems to monitor trading and compliance.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards.
Drive process improvements using data insights and AI/ML.
Track risks issues and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Requisites

Bachelors/Masters degree in IT Business or related field.
Strong knowledge of SDLC Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL / Oracle / PL-SQL).
Working knowledge of AWS and basic Python.
Understanding of AML / Trade Surveillance / Control Room concepts.
Familiarity with tools: JIRA HP QC MS Office Visio SharePoint.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycle.
Exposure to AI/ML and case management tools.
