Were excited to share an opportunity for a permanent Performance and Development Officer within our Customer Service Training and Development Team.

If youre currently a permanent member of the Contact Centre and bring a positive can-do approach to new challenges this could be the perfect next step in your career. Its a great time to join us as we continue to grow and evolve our training and development offertheres lots of exciting change happening!

What youll be doing:

In this hands-on role youll play a key part in helping our teams thrive. Youll work closely with colleagues across the Contact Centre to support and enhance performance through coaching training and collaboration.

  • Assess team and individual performance to spot development opportunities
  • Deliver engaging coaching and training to support continuous improvement
  • Help onboard and train new starters
  • Build effective learning strategies that create high-performing happy teams
  • Support performance management processes and contribute to improving efficiency across services
