Role Overview:
The Functional QA Analyst will focus on testing mobile native and hybrid applications on Android and iOS platforms. The role includes manual and automated testing CI/CD integration Agile collaboration and reporting with an emphasis on quality usability and customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS using JavaScript Appium Selenium or Espresso/XCUITest.
Execute manual test cases to validate new features enhancements and bug fixes.
Perform functional regression integration UI/UX localization and performance testing.
Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives within Agile teams.
Collaborate with developers BAs and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Use JIRA Xray Zephyr or qTest for test and defect management.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar).
Provide detailed test reports metrics and feedback to stakeholders.
Maintain strong focus on linguistic accuracy and customer experience.
