Job Title: Senior ISAM Developer - Webseal Java
Location: Toronto Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IAM Developer with strong expertise in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and Java to design implement and support secure authentication and authorization solutions in a banking environment.
Must-Have Skills
IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM)
WebSEAL configuration junctions ACLs Protected Object Space (POS)
Authentication/authorization policies session and cookie management
Federation protocols: SAML OIDC OAuth2
Mapping rules / policy scripting (JavaScript-based)
Java Development
Strong experience with Java Spring Spring Boot
REST APIs and microservices architecture
Authentication and authorization patterns in distributed systems
IAM & Infrastructure
Strong knowledge of IAM fundamentals (SSO MFA token-based authentication)
Experience with Linux/Unix troubleshooting logs
Understanding of network fundamentals (HTTP/S TLS headers cookies)
Nice-to-Have Skills
IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)
LDAP (IBM Security Directory Server)
API gateways WAF reverse proxy mTLS
Cloud/Containerization: Kubernetes OpenShift AWS Azure GCP
CI/CD tools: Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps SonarQube Nexus
Banking/financial domain & security compliance (SOC2 PCI PIPEDA)
