The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will gather and analyze business requirements support solution design and documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. The candidate will have strong banking domain knowledge experience in commercial banking processes and proficiency in change management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather document and validate business requirements.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Assist in implementation support and post-deployment activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business IT and operations teams.
Manage change requests and support impact analysis.
Prepare clear comprehensive documentation for processes systems and workflows.
Essential Skills:
810 years of experience as a BSA in banking or BFSI.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering business analysis and solution design.
Experience in stakeholder management and change management.
Commercial banking domain knowledge.
Desirable Skills:
Experience supporting implementation of banking systems.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and process improvement initiatives.
