Oracle Fusion QA Tester

Job Title: Oracle Fusion QA Tester (HCM)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion QA Tester to validate end-to-end business processes across Oracle Fusion modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM testing methodologies and integration validation with a focus on ensuring high-quality system performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end business processes across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g. Hire-to-Retire)
  
• Validate core HCM modules including Core HRMS Absence Compensation Recruiting and Onboarding
  
• Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  
• Test inbound and outbound integrations with external systems (e.g. EDI SOAP/REST APIs PL/SQL)
  
• Develop and execute detailed test cases test plans and test scenarios
  
• Perform data validation using SQL queries
  
• Track and manage defects using standard tools
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience as a QA Tester with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Applications
  
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules:

• Experience with:
  • Writing clear concise and comprehensive test cases and plans
    
  • SQL for data validation and querying

• Strong understanding of testing concepts processes and methodologies
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
