Job Summary
Job Title: SAP Solution Manager Architect (SolMan 7.2) Onsite Calgary
Role Description:The SAP Solution Manager Consultant will be responsible for the implementation configuration and ongoing support of SAP Solution Manager across various projects. This role involves close collaboration with both technical and functional teams to ensure smooth integration and optimization of Solution Manager functionalities such as Change Request Management (ChaRM) IT Service Management (ITSM) and Solution Documentation.
The consultant will also provide expertise in technical system monitoring business process operations and test management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement configure and support SAP Solution Manager (preferably version 7.2 or above)
- Manage and optimize ChaRM (Change Request Management) processes
- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities within SolMan
- Maintain and enhance Solution Documentation and process visibility
- Configure and monitor technical systems and landscapes
- Support business process operations and test management functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP functional and technical teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues
- Ensure smooth integration of Solution Manager with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Provide guidance training and mentorship to team members
- Support project coordination and delivery across multiple initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 68 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
- Hands-on experience with SolMan 7.2 implementations
- Strong expertise in ChaRM ITSM and Solution Documentation
- Experience with technical monitoring and business process operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in SAP environments
- Experience working in cross-functional SAP landscapes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
