Job Summary
Project Manager Regulatory & Compliance
Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery across Legal Compliance Government and Audit initiatives. Leads cross-functional teams applies rigorous project management practices and ensures solutions meet business objectives on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Own project lifecycle initiate plan execute monitor control and close using best-practice PM methodologies.
Define scope schedule budget and success metrics track progress and manage risks issues and dependencies.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (engineering business compliance QA) procure and manage resources.
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.
Oversee software delivery sprint planning backlog management and quality gates ensure readiness for UAT.
Develop test strategies coordinate UAT and manage rollout implementation plans.
Drive financial rigor cost benefit analyses forecasting and variance reporting.
Ensure adherence to SDLC governance and audit requirements prepare executive updates and steering committee materials.
Continuously improve processes leverage data to optimize delivery and outcomes.

Required Experience Qualifications:
810 years of IT project management experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
PMP (or equivalent) certification strong command of PMBOK and Agile Scrum practices.
Hands-on experience with Jira and common PM roadmapping tools (e.g. Confluence MS Project Planner Power BI).
Proven track record managing projects in Legal Compliance Government and Audit domains.
Ideally a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI use cases and integrating compliance audit considerations into AI-enabled solutions.
Experience in regulated environments and vendor management.
Additional Context:
Project management ideally in the financial sector within IT Knowledge and work experience in the field of Legal Compliance and Audit
